Mixed-signal and analog/RF CMOS circuits, transceiver building blocks, and accurate device characterization from millimeter-wave to sub-terahertz frequencies.

Our research develops integrated circuits that operate from millimeter-wave through sub-terahertz frequencies. We study mixed-signal and analog/RF circuit techniques for transmitters, receivers, frequency generation, amplifiers, switches, and other critical front-end building blocks in CMOS technologies.

This work builds on Korkut Kaan Tokgöz’s doctoral research on millimeter-wave CMOS transceivers for 100 Gb/s wireless communication and continues toward practical sub-terahertz integrated systems.
