Circuit-to-system expertise
Our work connects CMOS circuit design at millimeter-wave and sub-terahertz frequencies with link budgets, phase-noise models and hardware-aware communication analysis.
Research collaboration
We welcome collaborations with academic groups, research institutes and industry teams whose questions meet ours — from device characterization and circuit design to wireless system models and edge hardware.
Our work connects CMOS circuit design at millimeter-wave and sub-terahertz frequencies with link budgets, phase-noise models and hardware-aware communication analysis.
On-chip de-embedding, calibration and device characterization run through the group’s publications, from L-2L and thru-reflect-line de-embedding to cross-line and tee-junction characterization.
Publications include CMOS wireless transceivers presented at ISSCC and a 273–301 GHz amplifier in 65-nm bulk CMOS.

Process
Tell us about your research question, technology or application.
We meet to compare methods, tools and constraints.
We scope a small, concrete first study with clear deliverables.
Successful pilots grow into joint publications, proposals or longer-term projects.
Illustrative topics drawn from our current research directions. They are not existing or agreed projects.
